The new property manager Joyce is doing a great Job with turning the complex around I haven’t seen this much progress in years she very patience and got every work order completed I placed months ago and she even called me and followed up to make sure my ac wasn’t leaking no more thank god for a property manager that care because the previous manager did not.

I understand that issues at this property but it’s not office staff fault . Every issue I told Ms.Joyce I had since she has been there she made sure it’s fixed I just received a new fridge I’m appreciate that because I went a year with a broken fridge we now have office staff that care. Give them a chance to make the property right.

Joyce and her staff is turning the property around looks so much better especially at night the property lights are now working and I enjoyed my food at the bbq this past Sunday.

Thank You to our New Management (Ms. Joyce) for the quick responses on all the necessary repairs in my apartment. Everything looks great!
